We know HP is going to announce tablets based on webOS operating system on February 9. This morning a tipster tipped pictures of webOS tablet to Engadget. There are two tablets -- Topaz (9-inch) and Opal (7-inch). It goes perfectly with HP's "Something big, Something small, Something beyond" tagline for its upcoming February 9th event.
Both are powered by 1GHz processor and feature multi-touch display, accelerometer, no-button design, a front-facing camera, a micro USB port, WiFi, 3G, and three speakers.
There has been no official word on their availability, but WiFi-only, AT&T 3G, and Verizon LTE versions of the Opal are expected in September 2011, while AT&T LTE will come in July 2012.
